Trinity Hall Association

Whatever the length of your studies at Trinity Hall, if you have matriculated, you automatically become one of our alumni and a member of the Trinity Hall Association.

Your alumni organisation

The Trinity Hall Association is your alumni association and comprises the entire community of Trinity Hall alumni around the world. The THA was founded by alumni in 1904, with the twin aims of ‘keeping members in touch with each other and with the College.’ Over a century later, it still encourages and enables a variety of activities to support those aims, whilst providing a framework for alumni participation in a strong working partnership with the College.

There is an elected THA Committee, which is composed of alumni from different decades, who work closely with the College’s Alumni & Development Office. The current President is Guy Brannan (1974).

Through the generosity of alumnus Dennis Avery (1980), the THA has the benefit of the income from an endowment, which enables the Association to subsidise THA Events and offer THA Volunteering Awards to those students undertaking humanitarian projects.

As an alumnus/alumna of Trinity Hall you automatically become a member of the THA for life. Membership is free. You will never have to pay a subscription.

THA Events

The THA’s main activity is organising gatherings of alumni in interesting locations around the UK, as well as in College. The THA holds an annual dinner at Trinity Hall every September and a number of regional events. These are highly enjoyable, and have succeeded in bringing together alumni from across all the generations.

THA events are very popular and tickets can sell out very quickly so we advise booking promptly to avoid disappointment.
Invitations will be sent out by email with details of how to book.

Events are open to all alumni, with discounted ticket prices for recent graduates. We hope you will be able to join us.
