Book rooms in College for overnight stays and events at a discounted price.
Accommodation
Should you be visiting Cambridge and wish to stay overnight in College, alumni are able to book double en-suite bedrooms in the Master’s Lodge on W Staircase*. Please note that booking is subject to availability and are made directly with the Conference Office (events@trinhall.cam.ac.uk). The current alumni rate is £110 per room per night (for single or double occupancy) and includes breakfast where available.
Please also note that children under the age of 16 are not permitted to stay in College. Those aged 16-17 must be accompanied by a parent. If you are visiting Cambridge with children, you can book discounted accommodation elsewhere using your CAMCard.
*Guest rooms on W Staircase
On the top floor of the Master’s Lodge on Central Site there are five new guest rooms available for alumni to book. The rooms are decorated and furnished to a high standard, including queen size beds and en-suite shower rooms, and have access by stair and lift. One of the rooms has a fully accessible wet room.
The rooms are priced at £110 per room per night (for single or double occupancy) and include breakfast where possible. Please note that room bookings can only be made by alumni themselves and their accompanied guests. You can book a room through our Conference Office (events@trinhall.cam.ac.uk).
Events
The Conference Office can also assist with hiring rooms in College for private functions such as dinners, conferences and civil wedding ceremonies. Alumni are entitled to a 5% discount on catering and, as a member of the College, will be exempt from room hire charges*. It is not possible for groups of alumni to host events in the grounds during exam term as a courtesy to revising students.
