Those of you who matriculated in 2008, either as undergraduates or postgraduates, are invited back to College to celebrate 10 years since you arrived at Trinity Hall.

 

2008 Dinner Information Sheet

 

On the Day

7.00pm: Drinks reception in the Master’s Lodge.

7.30pm: Dinner in the Dining Hall.

The Aula Bar will be open after the dinner.

Dress code for the drinks and dinner will be formal evening wear/smart.

Guests are invited to the dinner, with an initial limit of one per person. The cost of the dinner is £53 per person, including drinks.

The Alumni Summer Party will be taking place at Wychfield during the day. Details about this can be found at www.trinhall.cam.ac.uk/news-events/events/alumni-summer-party/

Accommodation

Accommodation will be available for the Friday and the Saturday nights. This will be in –

  • single student rooms on Central Site (£42 Bed & Breakfast)
  • double ensuite rooms at WYNG Gardens on Thompson’s Lane (prices ranging from £74-£128).

If you wish to stay overnight, please choose your preferred option when booking.

Breakfast for WYNG Gardens guests will be served on Central Site.

If you prefer to book a hotel or B&B room, you may like to refer to the Visit Cambridge website or telephone them on 0871 226 8006, or try the Cambridge Rooms site that also offers accommodation at other Colleges.

Cancellations

We are able to offer refunds for bookings cancelled five working days or more before an event. Requests for late refunds will be considered on an individual basis and refunds will be issued at the discretion of the Alumni & Development Office. We cannot accept responsibility if weather or disruption to travel prevents you from attending.
