Students and postdocs are invited to this workshop with Trinity Hall alumna, Alice van Harten (1997, Classics).

In the first half of the workshop, Alice will explain the principles for writing a clear CV, using examples to illustrate best practices. In the second half, you will work in small groups on polishing your own CV.

Tea, coffee and water will be offered. Please join us in the Leslie Stephen Room at 18:55 ready for a prompt 19:00 (GMT) start time.

Alice van Harten (1997, Classics)

Alice van Harten (1997) studied at Leiden University before completing her MPhil and PhD in Classics at Cambridge. After a postdoc at Stanford University’s humanities program for freshmen, she transitioned to strategy consulting at Bain & Company. In 2012, she founded Menlo Coaching, where she and her team provide career and recruitment coaching to students and young professionals and support applicants to competitive Master’s programs, most notably MBA programmes.
