Happier January – let’s start the new year with happiness in mind

This month, the HR and Wellbeing Teams are joining Action for Happiness to promote a happier January. Starting this week look out for our daily posters in the Porters’ Lodge on Central Site where, each day, we will be sharing an action that you can undertake to help make the day happier (supported by evidence), for yourself and others.
You can also download the Happier January Calendar or the Free Action for Happiness app for daily actions.
Action for Happiness also have a free online programme called 10 Days of Happiness. This programme is based on the latest research, which has identified 10 Keys that tend to make life happier and more fulfilling.
