Trinity Hall Undergraduate Offer Holders 2025

We will be sending information via email at various times between now and August, so please check your inbox regularly. If your email address changes, please make sure that you update your contact details with UCAS and inform us as soon as possible.

We are planning to hold two Offer Holders Open Days – an in-person event in February, which we have already emailed you about, and an online event in late Spring (more details to follow).

Regarding the in-person event, please note that we do not have space in the programme for parents. However, parents are welcome to walk round the College themselves before visiting the city centre to enjoy the local shops and cafes.

We do not have any parking available at College. The Cambridge Parking website gives details of city-centre car parks and a link to the Park and Ride.

If you are unable to attend the in-person Offer Holders Open Day or would like to visit College again, please email the Admissions Office to make arrangements. Alternatively, you can get a sense of some of our wonderful spaces through our Virtual Tour.

If you have been asked to provide IELTS or TOEFL results then please note that we will need to verify your results via an online verification process. In order for us to verify your results, please upload your certificate via the Admissions Documents Upload form, using the ‘Exam Certificates’ category.

The University of Cambridge offers a free online STEP Support Programme to help university applicants develop their advanced mathematical problem-solving skills and prepare for STEP mathematics exams. All offer holders who have STEP as a condition of their offer are advised to use these resources.

The College and the University work together to offer the maximum possible support to all disabled students. Now that you have received an offer (whether conditional or unconditional), we would like to give you a further opportunity to let us know if you have a disability and if you will require any support or advice when you come up to Cambridge.

*If you already mentioned the disability on your UCAS application, you don’t need to complete the form.

As some of you are applying for Student Loans, you might like to know more about the Cambridge Bursary Scheme. This is for UK students or EU students with settled/pre-settled status.

In order to receive the Cambridge Bursary you must first apply to the UK Student Loans Company for financial assistance. You do not have to take up the Student Loan offered but you do have to go through their household income assessment process and be assessed as having an income lower than £62,215 in order to receive the Cambridge Bursary.

If you are eligible for a Cambridge Bursary, then you can include this on your Financial Information form. You can see how much you are likely to get by looking at the table on the Cambridge Bursary Scheme website.

If you are taking A Levels, STEP, Scottish Advanced Highers, or the IB Diploma, we should get your results automatically (IB students – make sure you have given permission to the IBO for your scores to be released).

If you are taking Advanced Placement exams, please authorise College Board to share your results with Cambridge, and tell us when you have received them so we can check online.

If you are taking another qualification (e.g. Advanced Placement, French Baccalaureate, HKDSE, Romanian Baccalaureate), you will need to send us your scores. Please scan a copy of your official certificate of results, stamped and signed by your school, and upload as a PDF document via the Admissions Documents Upload form, using the ‘Exam Certificates’ category.

The Induction Week is a compulsory part of the orientation process for new undergraduate students. It will include sessions giving information about the College, including an introduction to key staff members, workshops and study skills sessions, and social events arranged by the current JCR.

We are asking all first-year students to arrive at Trinity Hall on Sunday 28 September, so that they can begin the Induction Week on Monday 29 September.
