This will be in –

- double student rooms on Central Site (£82 Bed & Breakfast) initially for couples only
- single ensuite rooms at Wychfield (£67 room only | £77 Bed & Breakfast)
If you wish to stay overnight, please choose your preferred option when booking.
Breakfast for Wychfield will be served on Central Site.
Additional nights may be available so please contact Liz Pentlow if this would be of interest.
Children under 16 are not able to stay in College rooms (unless they are babes in arms) but family-friendly accommodation can be found on the Visit Cambridge website (telephone them on 0871 226 8006) or the Cambridge Rooms site that includes accommodation at other Colleges.
If you have a University CAMCard you can get discounts on selected accommodation, including the Møller centre at Churchill College. These are listed on their website.
If you don’t already have one, you can apply for a CAMCard online.
Year Book
We would like to compile a Year Book as a memento of the event. This will be made up of entries from the 2 year groups, including:
• a brief summary of what you have been up to since your time at the Hall
• any photographs/memorabilia from your time as a student
• a more recent photograph of how you look now
Please email me any photos or memorabilia as scanned files or, if you would prefer, post them to the address below and I will scan them and return them to you.
Further guidance for entries can be downloaded here.
The deadline for entries is Monday 7 September.
Parking
There will be some parking spaces available at our Wychfield site. These cannot be reserved and will be allocated on a first come-first served basis. If you do park at Wychfield, you can either walk to College, which takes around 20 minutes, or the Porter on duty can call you a taxi to bring you down to Central Site. The Wychfield Gardens are worth a visit if you have some spare time.
Alternative parking options (including park & ride, on-street parking and city car parks) will be included with the final information that will be sent to those coming the week before the event.
Photography
We like to take photographs at our alumni events to use in our digital and print communications. If you do not wish to have your photo taken, please let us know in advance or on the day.
