Trinity Hall Catalysts
Trinity Hall Catalysts is a social impact programme designed for University of Cambridge students from all colleges and disciplines who want to tackle pressing social and environmental challenges. Through hands-on learning, participants gain skills, tools, and connections needed to create meaningful change.
What does Catalysts offer?

How does it work?
The programme is designed to fit around your studies and your aspirations. It includes:
- Live discussions, workshops, and panel sessions.
- A final showcase event where you present your ideas for funding and other support
- The opportunity to receive small amounts of funding at the start of the programme to develop your ideas.*
The programme also offers an online platform, giving you the flexibility to learn and engage on your own schedule.
*Note: If you receive early-stage funding, you’ll need to commit to presenting your project at the showcase event. Requests for funding for the 2024/2025 academic year have now closed.
Eligibility
- Open to all University of Cambridge students from undergraduate to post-docs.
- Complete at least four sessions (live/online) to qualify for the showcase event.
- In the case of teams, one member of the team must be part of the Trinity Hall Catalysts programme.
*Those awarded funding at the start of the programme, must commit to participating in the showcase event.
