On the afternoon on Thursday 26 September the Master of Trinity Hall, the Revd Canon Dr Jeremy Morris, attended the unveiling of a plaque to Henry Fawcett (1833-1884) at Trumpington churchyard, where he is buried. Henry was a Fellow of Trinity Hall, mathematician, political economist, politician and husband of equal rights campaigner Millicent Garrett Fawcett. HRH Princess Alexandra unveiled the new graveside plaque and Sir Nicholas Barrington, who led the campaign for the plaque installation, was also in attendance.
