The annual Bateman Feast went ahead last week for the first time since the Pandemic began.

The celebratory dinner marks the founding of the College by Bishop Bateman in 1350 (making it the fifth oldest College in Cambridge).

It sees notable guests invited to join Fellows in the beautiful Dining Hall. Making it happen is a feat of organization and culinary skill.

Ready to be served

Fiona Simon, Head of Conference and Catering Services at Trinity Hall said: “We are very lucky at Trinity Hall to have a very talented and incredibly hard-working team who produce the finest quality dining experience.”

Tim Harvey-Samuel, Bursar, said: “It was absolutely sensational to be able to have the Bateman Feast for the first time since 2019. The event is a real tribute to the outstanding talent on show in our catering team. The food and service were commended by our guests in the most glowing terms.”
