Our wellbeing events cover a variety of areas including communal study, goal setting and social activities. We have regular, weekly events as well as one-off events throughout the term.

Weekly events

Goal-setting breakfasts: plan your week!

Every Monday (starting from the 26 January) from 8.15-9.30am in the JCR (enter via the JCR main entrance). Drop in at any point and stay as long as you like!

Get your week off to a good start by working out your priorities and planning your week. Free muffins, breakfast bars, and fruit juices await you in an informal and friendly atmosphere (vg/gf options also available) and all before the start time of 9am lectures, labs, or office hours.

Write Together

Every Monday (starting from the 26 January) from 2-5pm in the Crescent Room (adjacent to the Aula Coffee Bar). No registration required.

Whether you are working on an essay, reviewing materials, re-writing notes, or collaborating on a project, tackle procrastination by coming along to this communal study and writing group. Free snacks and hot drinks provide additional encouragement.

Early-bird gardening at Wychfield Site

Every Wednesday (starting from 28 January) from 8-8.30am at Wychfield.

Kick start your day and get active by joining the gardeners in the Wychfield gardens. Whether it is raking leaves, planting or border maintenance, 30 minutes of gardening is comparable to playing badminton, volleyball or practising yoga so why not give it a go and get your day off to a good start! The Trinity Hall Gardens Team looks forward to seeing you soon.

Focus & Write sessions (previously known as Shut Up & Write)

Every Thursday (starting from 22 January) from 9.30am-12.30pm in the Bridgetower Room. No registration required — simply join on the day!

Get on with your writing project by coming along to this Focus & Write session where community, accountability and encouragement can help you develop sustainable writing habits. Whether you are working on an essay, thesis, dissertation, or your next novel, you are welcome to join this weekly silent writing group. Free refreshments provide additional encouragement.
