The Trinity Hall Association is delighted to invite alumni and their guests to join us for our next regional dinner in Edinburgh. Attendees will enjoy a private tour of the National Gallery of Scotland before drinks and dinner at the New Club on Princes Street. We hope you will join us for this special cultural and culinary experience and take the opportunity to meet with friends old and new from across the alumni community.

Booking and cost

Booking is required and the cost is £60 per person, or £30 for those who matriculated in 2014 or later.  You are welcome to bring a guest. The cost includes the tour, and a drinks reception followed by a three-course dinner served with wine (non-alcoholic options available). Booking closes at 12pm (BST) on Friday 24 May.

Please note that spaces are limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Guest list

The guest list will be available to view online in due course. Please note that only Trinity Hall members, who have given consent to be included, will appear on the list.

Dress code

The dress code is smart. Please note that the New Club exercises a strict dress code:

Apart from where otherwise allowed by these rules, gentlemen are expected to wear a jacket and tie. Ladies should dress in business attire, elegant dress, separates or smart trousers. Jeans should not be worn.

Casual wear is unacceptable in any of the public rooms, for example: denim-type material, tracksuits, t-shirts, shorts, leggings, sporting clothes or trainers.

Club Rules

All mobile phones should be silenced in the Club.  Telephone conversations are only allowed in: the telephone cubicles; Map Room; Business Room; Library; Card Room; Billiards Room; and if no one else minds (please ask them).

Cancellations

We are able to offer refunds for bookings cancelled five working days or more before an event. Requests for late refunds will be considered by the THA Committee on an individual basis as we appreciate that sometimes exceptional circumstances prevent attendance at an event. The Trinity Hall Association cannot accept responsibility if weather or disruption to travel prevents you from attending and therefore no refund will be made. Please email thaevents@trinhall.cam.ac.uk or contact +44 (0)1223 763385 at the earliest opportunity if you need to cancel a booking.
