Dinner (1987 undergraduates)

Booking for the 1987 UG Dinner has now closed. If you need to change your booking, or would like to check last minute availability, please contact Liz Pentlow.

On the Day

7.00pm: Drinks reception

7.30pm: Dinner in the Graham Storey Room

Dress code for the drinks and dinner will be smart (black tie optional)

The cost of the dinner is £67.50 per person, including drinks.

Accommodation

We are hoping that limited accommodation will be available in College for the Saturday night. As this will depend on how many students choose to return early after the Easter vacation, it won’t be possible to confirm this until nearer the event.

If you would like to stay overnight, please select “yes” on the booking form when asked if you would like a room in College. Other accommodation options can be found on the Visit Cambridge website (telephone them on 0871 226 8006) or the Cambridge Rooms site that includes accommodation at other Colleges.

If you have a University CAMCard you can get discounts on selected accommodation, including the Møller centre at Churchill College. If you don’t already have one, you can apply for a CAMCard online.

Parking

There will be some parking spaces available at our Wychfield site. These cannot be reserved and will be allocated on a first come-first served basis. Alternative parking options will be included with the final information, which will be sent to those coming the week before the event.

Lost List

Check who is on the Lost List for your year (enter 1987 in the matric year box). If you are in touch with anyone listed, please ask them to contact us so we can invite them to the dinner.

Cancellations

We are able to offer refunds for bookings cancelled five working days or more before an event. Requests for late refunds will be considered on an individual basis and refunds will be issued at the discretion of the Alumni & Development Office. We cannot accept responsibility if weather or disruption to travel prevents you from attending. Please email the office or call +44 (0)1223 332567 at the earliest opportunity, if you need to cancel a booking.
