Our Trinity Hall gin is made from botanicals harvested from the gardens of Wychfield and Central Site, in collaboration with Cambridge Distillery.
One of the key botanicals selected for the final gin was rose from Central Site, paired with choisya, sometimes referred to as Sundance, from the gardens at Wychfield.
The gin was created at the Distillery in Grantchester.
