The Master, The Revd Dr Jeremy Morris, and Development Director, Dr Rachelle Stretch, will be hosting a dinner for Trinity Hall alumni and friends at the Cosmos Club on Tuesday 18 September 2019. Drinks will be served from 7pm followed by dinner at 7:45pm in the Lafayette Room. You are invited to bring guest.

The Cosmos Club is located on 2121 Massachusetts Ave. NW, Washington, DC 20008. The dinner will take place in the Lafayette Room.
The dress code is business attire. Gentlemen are expected to wear jackets, dress slacks, a collared long-sleeved shirt (tucked-in) or turtleneck at all times. Ties are not required. Ladies are expected to dress in an equivalent fashion, which means dresses, suits, skirts or dress slacks with jackets or tops of equivalent formality.

Cambridge in America Event: Sustainable Development and Global Challenges

What is the future of work? Millions of young people in developing countries face a future without work, as global economies change in reaction to technological, societal and climate changes.
Dame Barbara Stocking, President of Murray Edwards College, Professor Bhaskar Vira, Director of the Conservation Research Initiative and Sarah Jackson-Han (Murray Edwards/New Hall 1988), Adviser for Communications, Partnerships, & Policy, United Nations Development Programme in Washington will lead a discussion on sustainable development and global challenges involved. A drinks reception will follow the discussion. Guests are most welcome.
