In response to the escalating public health risk in connection with COVID-19 we have, with regret, decided to postpone this event. We very much hope to reschedule the event for later this year however we are not able to say when this would be at this time, but we will circulate details as soon as they are available. Dr Nick Bampos, Fellow of Trinity Hall, and Dr Rachelle Stretch, Development Director, will be hosting a drinks reception and dinner at the University College, Oxford (Univ), the sister college of Trinity Hall, for alumni and friends. This event will provide an excellent opportunity to meet alumni whilst also hearing the latest news from College.

Drinks will be served from 7pm followed by dinner at 7.45pm. There will also be a tour of the College taking place prior to the drinks reception, from 6.30pm and 7pm, which will include visiting the Main Quad, Chapel, Shelley Memorial and portraits in Hall.

Booking and cost

The cost is £60 per head and includes 3 courses with wine (non-alcoholic options available).

The guest list is now available to view online, click here. Please note that only Trinity Hall members who have given consent to appear on the guest list will be included. Non-Trinity Hall members will not be listed.

Location and parking

Univ is located in the centre of Oxford, on the High Street, between the Magdalen Bridge and Carfax Tower. Directions are available online at Unfortunately there is no parking available at the College however there are a number of car parks in the local area. Dress code

The dress code is lounge suite/smart evening attire.


We like to take photos at our alumni events to use in our digital and print communications. If you do not wish to have your photo taken, please let us know in advance or on the day.


We are able to offer refunds for bookings cancelled five working days or more before an event. Requests for late refunds will be considered on an individual basis and refunds will be issued at the discretion of the Alumni & Development Office. We cannot accept responsibility if weather or disruption to travel prevents you from attending.
