Message from the Trinity Hall Association

We would like to invite all alumni together with their guests to the THA Cambridge dinner and AGM in College on Saturday 22 September. Each year, the dinner is very well attended by alumni from across the decades and this year we hope it will be no exception. We are also excited to announce that this year the dinner will be preceded by the launch of the THA Symposium under the theme ‘a quest for knowledge, a passion for change’. Full details of the afternoon programme will be available in due course. We look forward to seeing you in College soon. Roger McKinlay (1979, THA President) & Chris Angus (1967, THA Secretary).


  • 18:00-19:00 AGM and THA award winner presentations
  • 19:00-19:30 Drinks reception in the Master’s Lodge
  • 19:30-22:30 Dinner in Hall
  • 22:30-01:00 After dinner drinks in the Aula Bar – one free drink will be offered to all guests courtesy of the THA

The THA Cambridge dinner will be preceded by the THA Symposium which will run from 14:00-17:00 in College.

Booking and cost

The cost of dinner is £50 per head however a limited number of half price tickets are available for those who matriculated in 2008 or later.

Tickets for the Symposium and dinner can be booked separately for those not wishing to attend both events. For information about the THA Symposium, please click here.

Guest list

The guest list is now available to view online, click here. Please note that login to THalumni.net is required and that only TH members will appear on the guest list.


Accommodation will be available for the Saturday night. This will be in –

  • single student rooms on Central Site (£42 for B&B)
  • single ensuite rooms at Wychfield (£46 room only or £56 B&B)
  • double rooms at WYNG Gardens on Thompson’s Lane (prices ranging from £74-£128)

Breakfast for both Wychfield and WYNG Gardens guests will be served on Central Site.

If you wish to stay overnight, you will be given the option to add accommodation during the online booking process; please select continue after step three on the online booking form – an option to add accommodation will appear at the top of the page.

To cancel a booking, please email thaevents@trinhall.cam.ac.uk or contact +44 (0)1223 332550 as soon as possible.

If you cancel five days or more before an event the full ticket price will be refunded. Requests for late refunds will be considered by the THA Committee on an individual basis as we appreciate that sometimes exceptional circumstances prevent attendance at an event.

The Trinity Hall Association cannot accept responsibility if weather or disruption to travel prevents you from attending and therefore no refund will be made.
