10th Anniversary for 2010 and 2011

Those of you who matriculated in 2010 and 2011 are invited back to College to belatedly celebrate 10 years since you arrived at Trinity Hall.
On the Day
7.00pm: Drinks reception
7.30pm: Dinner in the Dining Hall
Dress code for the drinks and dinner will be black tie/lounge suit.
Guests are invited to the dinner.
The cost of the dinner is £60 per person, including drinks.
Accommodation will be available for the Saturday night. This will be in –
- single student rooms on Central Site (£45 Bed & Breakfast)
- single ensuite rooms at Wychfield (£50 room only | £60 Bed & Breakfast)
- double ensuite rooms at WYNG Gardens on Thompson’s Lane (£100 Bed & Breakfast)
If you wish to stay overnight, please choose your preferred option when booking.
Breakfast for both Wychfield and WYNG Gardens guests will be served on Central Site.

Children under 16 are not able to stay in College rooms, but family friendly accommodation can be found on the Visit Cambridge website (telephone them on 0871 226 8006) or the Cambridge Rooms site that includes accommodation at other Colleges.
To prioritise the health and safety of our guests and staff we have made some changes to the way we operate.
There will be some parking spaces available at our Wychfield site. These cannot be reserved and will be allocated on a first come-first served basis. Alternative parking options will be included with the final information, which will be sent to those coming the week before the event.

We are able to offer refunds for bookings cancelled five working days or more before an event. Requests for late refunds will be considered on an individual basis and refunds will be issued at the discretion of the Alumni & Development Office. A late refund will be given if the cancellation is covid related. We cannot accept responsibility if weather or disruption to travel prevents you from attending. Please email email@example.com or contact +44 (0)1223 332567 at the earliest opportunity, if you need to cancel a booking.
If the event has to be postponed due to Covid restrictions, full refunds will be offered, or bookings transferred to a rearranged date.
