A great success for Trinity Hall at the University of Cambridge Culinary Awards


Trinity Hall was represented extremely well in last week’s University of Cambridge Culinary Awards by Katarina Nevedaloa, Giancarlo Salmeri, Jonathan Sweeting and Jess Warboys, who between them, bought back some amazing results!

Jonathan received a MERIT for his Duck Breast main course while Jess received a MERIT for her Coffee Shop Cake. Trinity Hall also took home the top two places in the Cocktail Making and Napkin Folding category; Giancarlo was awarded 2nd place while Katarina took home the 1st place prize.

But, the excitement didn’t end there… For those of you who tuned into BBC Cambs Drivetime at 5pm on Friday 20th Feb, you’ll have heard our cocktail making champion, Katarina, make her prize winning peach and thyme cocktail for BBC radio presenter, Chris Mann.
