Building Projects

The College has established a running refurbishment programme to improve the infrastructure of buildings, rooms and staircases. It has also identified a few opportunities for new build. With our buildings either listed or located in the historic heart of Cambridge, it is important that we find innovative yet sensitive solutions to regenerate the College's gracious and familiar buildings.

Current projects:

St Clement's Gardens development

2014-2016: 72 en-suite student rooms and seminar facility on Thompson's Lane.

The Boathouse refurbishment

2014-2015: New training facilities and changing rooms and a new workshop and office for the coach.

The following building projects have been completed and we are grateful to all those who pledged their support.

Completed Projects:

Dining Hall

The Dining Hall

2013-2014: a new colour scheme, PA and lighting system, underfloor heating and new chairs

Staircase Refurbishment

From 2010: P, G and A are complete. Work on staircases will recommence in 2015.
