Graduation

General information – all graduations

M.Phil, PhD, MBA, MEd, MD, MSt, MMath, MASt, BChir and Higher Degrees

Candidates who have been notified by the Board of Graduate Studies that they have been approved for their degree may be admitted to their degrees at any of the monthly congregations during term throughout the year. Those are held in October, November, January, February, March, April, May and July.

If you are eligible and have picked your graduation date please contact the Tutorial Assistant at least 2 weeks prior to the congregation either by email: dk295@cam.ac.uk or telephone 00 44 (01223) 332518.

BA, MSci, MEng, LLM, VetMB, MusB, BEd or BTh Degrees

Candidates who collect their BA, MSci, MEng, LLM, VetMB, MusB, BEd or BTh degrees ordinarily graduate at the end of June in a ceremony known as General Admission to Degrees.  All eligible students will receive a graduation pack in Lent Term.
