Director of Studies

Ian Hodge is a Professor of Rural Economy and a Fellow at Hughes Hall.

His research interests include rural, agricultural and environmental policy, Land and property institutions and governance, and rural change and development.

As Director of Studies Prof Hodge is responsible for choosing the best supervisors to work with you depending on the papers that you choose.

Dr Fuerst is Reader in Housing and Real Estate Finance and Cambridge University Land Society Fellow.

His research interests include 'green' real estate economics, financial analysis of sustainable investments, portfolio and risk management, real estate market forecasting and spatial economics.
