Professor Keith Ward awarded Honorary DD

The Rev'd Professor Keith Ward, a former Dean Trinity Hall, was made an Honorary Doctor of Divinity of the University of Glasgow in June 2007. Professor Ward was Dean of Trinity Hall 1976-1982. He has pursued a distinguished career in Theology, particularly in the field of inter-faith relations. He held the Regius Chair in Divinity at Oxford 1991-2004, where he was also a Canon of Christchurch, and is currently Professor of Divinity at Gresham College, London.

He was presented for his DD by another former Dean of Trinity Hall, the Rev'd Professor George Newlands.
