Clerk of Works retires

4 June 2007

Ged Pilsworth, who became Clerk of Works at Trinity Hall in 1970, has retired today. Ged has seen five Masters, six Bursars, two Domus Bursars and four Junior Bursars during his thirty-seven year period in charge of buildings in College. Two major projects in College completed under Ged's leadership were the Graham Storey Room (in 2000) and the Jerwood Library (from 1995 to 1998), and his encyclopaedic knowledge of every aspect of the College buildings will be greatly missed.
