We have established a Friends of Trinity Hall Society to encourage those who may not have studied here, but who have some connection with the Hall, to feel more involved with College life. This may include parents of current students, parents of former students, spouses of alumni or other Friends.
All those who register with us will receive the publications Front Court, Milestones and the Newsletter each year, either by post or by e-mail. Those who wish can also receive e-newsletters with details of the latest College news and events. There will also be various events in College open to Friends and Friends can ask to be included on our events mailing lists. The Friends Society is free to join and membership forms can be downloaded here and sent to Rachelle in the Development Office.
We also encourage parents of current first years to attend the lunch in College at the start of term in January. Next year’s lunch with be on 14th January 2012 and invitations will be mailed to those who register for the Society in mid-late November.
We are delighted that now Fitzbillies cake shop has re-opened we can continue to offer our "Love from home" scheme. Relatives are able to order cakes from Fitzbillies for Trinity Hall students to collect to enable them to celebrate a birthday or to wish good luck. Please see details on the order form.
If any Friends are visiting Cambridge, we would be delighted to offer accommodation if required. Please note that we only have a limited number of guest rooms available during term time, but we have greater availability out of term, including en-suite facilities at our newly developed Wychfield site. Please contact the Conference Office if you would like to make a booking. We regret that we cannot offer parking at central site.
